One of the rarest stamps of Germany, 1901 3pf on 5pf Vineta provisori, used ver fine on piece. On the ship Vineta was a shortage of 3pf stamps, so they took 300 5pf stamps, bisected them and overprinted them with 3pf (so maximum 600 stamps were issued), great rare stamp, several signatures on reverse + 2007 Philatelic Foundation certificate.
